Futures In Black And White Print
Thursday, 18 February 2010
As the curtain began to fall on 2008, four Sydney teenagers nearing the end of their secondary education completed the line-up to their long time band aspirations with the arrival of a new singer straight from the UK. Finally combining their ambitions and passion 'Futures in Black and White' were born. You've probably heard it all before, 5 young guys who love playing music together having the time of their lives... however this is not your usual cliche. With influences ranging from modern day icons to heroes of generations past, "Futures In Black And White" brings to life a mature sound which defies the tender age of its members, and bridges the gap between young and old. Having released their debut EP in November 09, and blowing audiences away across Australia with their infectious blend of Indie Pop/Rock the boyhood dreaming is over... and finally... The Future Is Here!!!

Press Release:
Futures In Black And White are pleased to announce that their long awaited debut EP is due for worldwide release on the 1st of November 2009. Produced by Matt Bragg and containing 6 tracks, the raw energetic style of "Futures" has been perfectly captured and brings to life a mature sound which defies the tender age of its members. With influences ranging from modern day icons such as The Killers, to heroes of generations past like The Cure, this EP bridges the gap between young and old. The Future Is Here ... and it never looked so Black and White!
