Picked up the guitar at the age of 12. After many years of playing and working as an electrician and in the fields of electronics, audio/video techniques and live sound, it is now time to put some music out there. First album is still in the works, but soon to come. Guitar player from Norway. Melodic lines based on chord structure is what Cato B. Hagen is all about. Influenced by players like Marty Friedman, Jason Becker, Uli Jon Roth, Brian May and Ritchie Blackmore. Also lately strongly influenced by movie score composers and classical music.
